The Bearded NorCal Peckerwood (Septentriones Californica Dicpicidae) is a flightless bird found exclusively in the coastal regions of Northern California. The species (seen
here in autumn plumage) subsists entirely on a diet of beer, coffee and sushi. This avian is a contentious, cantankerous bird, and is generally unfit for regular bird populations.
